Dave leveraged the power of documentation and developer experience to build Stripe's legendary product-led growth engine. He co-authored Docs for Developers and advised teams at Anthropic, Graphite, and Apollo GraphQL on developer experience and documentation.

Maxi was an early tech lead at Meta Superintelligence Labs, working on AI across Facebook and Instagram. Before that he built Uber's knowledge platform and internal search, along with real-time dispatch systems. He's obsessed with maximizing developer productivity, and believes in the compounding benefits of a high-quality knowledge base as it grows.

Falconer is built by a small, talent-dense team founded in 2025 and based in San Francisco, California. We come from a broad set of iconic companies, like Stripe, Meta Superintelligence Labs, Google, ByteDance, Uber, Ironclad, and American Express. We've built world-class knowledge systems, early autonomous agents, infrastructure, and UIs for millions of users; open source projects with 15k stars; published books that have sold thousands of copies. Most importantly, we are perpetual learners obsessed with building great products.
